His primary expertise is in project management, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) risk assessment, process walkthroughs, internal control documentation, design and operating effectiveness testing, key report and spreadsheet testing, and deficiency assessment.

Dan is a consummate professional who has built his trusted reputation in sales, development, new products, value-added services and ongoing operations and maintenance. Dan has hands-on experience with structuring transactions, hedging, risk management & analytics, and billing providing tangible and measurable value to clients. Dan is an expert of online and social media marketing, analytics, and business-to-business communications plus a pleasure to work with.

Paul is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) who knows and understands accounting with new technological and business model approaches for digitally distributed, decentralized, public & private ledger networks to cut carbon. Paul is a University of Florida B.S. in Finance grad who is actively researching new digital cryptographic blockchain business models, technologies and teams.
